Because the RandZen tool works the way described on its own page — it takes values from the browser's secure random source and maps them onto your range without modulo bias, so every outcome stays equally likely even when the range does not divide evenly into the generator's output — a wrong answer almost always traces back to one assumption, an input that does not fit the model, or a rounding edge case.
